Description
A survival horror game will not be one if there?s no scary moments in it, right? While AITD may not be as gory as RE and as dark in settings as Silent Hill, it has its tense and scary moments. The pirates liked to address the hero before fighting him, like ?Hey you?, which can make you jump out of your seat. If you are observant enough, especially in the garden, you will notice some things in the background, which may make your hairs stand up.
This game is heavy on both puzzle and action. The puzzles are innovative and very challenging; you can spend days racking your brains to solve the puzzles, but it is very fulfilling to solve them. The puzzles are worth spending your time on them. When it comes to action, you can opt to use your gunfire on the enemies or melee weapons on them and it is fun to wrack your enemy with the most unlikely weapon: a frying pan! Exploration is part of this game, though there is no map, fortunately, the layout is not very confusing, so there is not much frustration in wondering where you are. Face to face combat is not the only option to get by your enemies, you can choose to evade them instead and when you are playing as Grace, evasion is a must, so you have to figure out the best route to take to avoid being spotted by the pirates.
